Product Details: - Drain Board insert for use with concrete countertop fabrication.
- The Eclipse Drainboard has 5 raised areas in the mold, which create recessed channels in the finished concrete. These channels are designed for inserting specially laser-cut stainless steel trivets, available separately here.
- Clean, nice edges. Fast and simple to use. Add a professional drainboard to your countertop form in minutes.
- Seamless integral drainboard, countertop, and/or sink.
- Drainboard slopes toward sink.
- If the drainboard needs to be shaped (to meet flush with a specific sink), simply cut the rubber mold with a sharp razor knife, or fine tooth jigsaw blade.
- Reusable- Made of durable polyurethane that can flex and stay strong. Re-usable dozens or more times with proper care.
Product Specifications: - Measurements: 15" Long x 12" Wide, 3/8"-7/8" Sloped Height.
- Trivet Channels are 9 3/8" Long x 1/2"W (1/4"W in middle), and 1/8" High.
Mold Setup: - Apply a release agent that is safe for rubber (available separately here) just prior to casting the concrete.
- Drainboard Molds are designed to simply be siliconed in place, and concrete packed or poured over/around them.
Mold Removal: - Simply peel the Drainboard Mold out of the cured concrete.
- Any small bumps in the concrete can be lightly removed with 400 grit sandpaper or a Diamond Sanding Block.
Mold Care: - Clean with a sponge after each use.
- Dried concrete can be removed with a stiff brush or carefully scraping with a putty knife.
- Keep Rubber Molds out of direct sunlight to prolong their life.
- Re-apply release prior to each use.
