Product Details: - Drain Board insert mold for use with concrete countertop fabrication.
- The Grill Drainboard has 3 raised areas in the mold, which create recessed channels in the finished concrete.
- The recessed channels can be left as drainage channels, or inserted with 3 1/2" square bar stainless steel trivets, sold individually here.
- Clean, nice edges. Fast and simple to use. Add a professional drainboard to your countertop form in minutes.
- Seamless integral drainboard, countertop, and/or sink.
- Reusable- Made of durable polyurethane that can flex and stay strong. Re-usable hundreds of times (Rubber molds get better with each use as they 'season').
Product Specifications: - Measurements: 13 7/8" Wide (at sink), 11 7/8" Wide (end opposite sink), 17 15/16" Long, 1/4"-1/2" Sloped Height. Raised Slot Channels are 1/2" Wide, 1/8" High (at sink), 3/8"High (far end).
Mold Setup: - We also offer a release agent that is safe for this rubber mold (sold separately here).
- Molds are designed to simply be siliconed in place, and concrete packed or poured over them.
Mold Removal: - RELEASE AGENT!! Using a release prior to pouring concrete will usually will allow the mold to just be pulled out easily.
- Be careful when removing this mold, so to not damage the concrete around the 3 Slot Channels.
Mold Care: - Clean with a sponge after each use. Scrape any hardened concrete or silicone off with a putty knife or stiff brush.
- Keep rubber molds out of direct sunlight, to prolong their life.
