Product Details:
- Concrete Countertop PVC Edge Forms, 10 8-foot long forms per container.
- Designed by Tsunami Countertops.
- Reusable, Cut-able, Easy to install, clean, and store.
- Designed specifically for concrete countertop fabrication use.
- The rigid PVC forms have a very tight radius on the corners.
- Won't absorb water out of the concrete (Wood/Melamine edge forms will absorb water and swell, which creates bumps and ridges in the finished concrete edge).
- No more cutting up new form boards. Save time and money, and a lot of mess.
- These forms easily will pay for themselves in a few uses.
- Each form comes with holes pre-drilled approx. every 12 inches. The triangular side has a large hole so a drill can be used easily, and the bottom side has a small screw-sized hole already drilled.
- Please note- There may be a slight curve in the middle of the flat edge of the form, so when using these forms to create multiple countertop slabs that will butt-up to each other, you may want to use a perfectly flat piece of melamine in front of the form on these ends.
Product Specifications:
- Measurements: Each form piece is 2" x 2" (triangular side is 2 13/16") and 8 Feet long.
- Sold in packages of 10 forms (80 total linear feet of forms).
Usage Tips:
- After screwing the forms down, cover each of the large holes with a little packaging tape to keep any concrete from covering your screw heads.
- Many countertops will be standard width sizes (such as 21"-23" for a vanity top). Once you cut two lengths of the edge forms for that size (Example- 22" long each), you can then position these 22" pieces inside two of the 8 foot lengths, to get the length of the countertop you need, but not needing to cut the 8 foot pieces down.
- Care: Clean with a wet sponge after each use.
