Shield 50� is a 100% solids, non-shrink, two component, straw or pigmented epoxy floor coating.
High-Build epoxy floor coating for light and moderate duty commercial and industrial use.
Use on dry concrete surfaces as a pigmented base coat, or clear (straw) top coat for foot traffic and vehicular pneumatic tire traffic.
Use as a base coat binder for Acrylic Flake or Quartz floor systems. (Lay the Shield 50 down, and then broadcast the Acrylic Flake or Quartz Sand onto the wet epoxy).
No VOC's - 100% Solids.
100% Cross-Linking
Good working time. Medium cure rate. Cures down to 50�F.
Excellent strength properties. High compressive strength. Excellent impact resistance.
DOT Non-Corrosive.
Easy to place. Use as a Neat Coating or Textured Polymer Overlay
Sold in 1, 3, 5, and 15 Gallons. Also available in 150 Gallons. Contact us if interested.

Application Instructions & Specs:

Coverage: 1 Gallon covers approx. 200 sq ft at 8 mils thick.
Apply by squeegee in left to right motions, and back roll with a short-nap roller at 90� angles to squeegee lines. Do not roll excessively, only enough to smooth material.
