Product Details:
- Fast-Patch™ is a thin-section, rapid-hardening composition that is flexible, resilient and easy to clean.
- Fast-Patch™ produces a durable , low cost, yet attractive appearance.
- Fast-Patch™ can be installed over concrete when pre-smoothing or pitch is required.
- Typical thickness up to 1 ½ of an inch (38 mm) are easy to achieve.
- Fast-Patch™ is light in weight and at approximately 1.2 lbs. per spare foot.
- It can be used in the widest ranges of climates and is offered in slip-resistant profiles.
- Fast-Patch™ is supplied as light gray powder.
- Important characteristics of Fast-Patch™ are its extraordinary adhesion coupled with its ability to withstand prolonged pedestrian and vehicular traffic. In these respects the material is far superior to conventional cementitious coatings used to resurface old or worn concrete.
- Fast-Patch™ provides a tough retardant coating, which substantially reduces or prevents water penetration, freeze thaw, scaling and concrete carbonation.
- Use For: Restoration, Sidewalk Restorations, Concrete Restorations.

- Mix Ratio: 50 pound bag powder= 4-5 quarts water.
- Coverage Rates:
- 48 sq. ft. @ 1/8”
- 24 sq. ft. @ 1/4”

- Shelf Life and Storage: Shelf life will be 1 year from the date of manufacture as long as containers remain unopened and when material is stored in a protected environment that is free from moisture, excessive heat and freezing temperatures, and direct sunlight.

Advantages:

- Faster cure speed in cold weather versus standard repair mortars. Cures rapidly, as low as 45°F.
- Just needs water. Reduces mixing errors.

- Can be pulled to a feather edge
- Thickness above 1 ½ inch can be achieved by incorporation of pea gravel.
- Can be applied to vertical and overhead surfaces.
Application:
- Prepare surface by careful and thorough removal of laitance, grease and foreign matter.
- Primer coat optional. In most cases will not be necessary.
- Apply Fast-Patch™ according to installation guidelines.
- Working time is 15 minutes at 75°F.
- For best Results:
- Install a minimum 4” by 4” test area site mock up for
approval of acceptable color, texture, finish, adhesion
and any other critical requirement acceptable to the
owner prior to proceeding with the installation.
- Protect materials from excessive heat and cold and
regularly check wet film thickness with mil gauge and
monitor consumption to ensure correct application
thickness and rate are obtained.
Limitations:
- Not designed for large, deep pors. (>2 ½
inches). Localized deep pours are achievable.
- Do not install in freezing weather.
- Shade variations may occur with natural cement
color material.
- Not suitable for use in areas where acids are
spilled unless specifically protected with a
special acid resistant sealer.
