Frequently Asked Questions GENERAL: Q: Do you ship to Canada? Worldwide? We ship to Canada daily. Worldwide shipping is no problem. We usually ship to overseas locations via the Postal Service, and so cannot guarantee delivery. We will ship the product and provide the tracking numbers, but we will not be held liable if a package is lost or damaged. Insurance for Postal Service can be purchased at time of shipping, so please contact us if needed. Q: How do you ship orders? Our preferred method is via UPS. We do also offer USPS (Postal Service) as a shipping method. Q: Can you ship orders for Overnight delivery? Usually, yes. Please contact us before ordering Overnight or 2-Day Air shipping, so we can make sure the product is able to ship out immediately. Q: When will products ship? We do our best to ship orders the same day as the order is placed. Not all items ship from our warehouse, so please refer back to the product description page of the item(s) ordered to review the estimated time to ship out. Q: An item I want to order says that it usually takes 2-3 days to ship. How can I get this sooner? We usually state worst-case scenarios for when an item will ship. Most orders ship the same day we get the order. With specific questions, please contact us about the product. Q: What is the return policy on orders, and what about warranties? Almost all of our products can be returned as long as they are in new, perfect re-salable condition. There are a few exceptions, so please check the product's description section, as it may state that an item is non-refundable after purchase. All products come with manufacturer's warranties against defect. In most cases the manufacturer will handle any warranty claims themselves. CONCRETE: Q: Do your concrete molds and forms come with warranties too? All products we make and sell come with warranties. Our Fiberglass Sink Molds and Concrete Edge Liner molds all come with lifetime warranties against defect. DOORBELLS: Q: What do I need for a doorbell system? A normal (wired) doorbell system needs a doorbell button outside, a door chime inside (to make the noise), a low-voltage power transformer, and small gauge wire to run between each part. Q: How do I set up a new doorbell system? First you'll need to have a low-voltage power transformer connected to your home's power (110 volt). Typically transformers are mounted near a circuit breaker box. From the transformer, run one wire to the doorbell button. From the doorbell button, run one wire to the door chime. From the door chime, run one wire back to the transformer. This completes the loop, and when the doorbell button is pushed, the electrical circuit is closed briefly, signaling the door chime to make its sound! Q: Do make custom doorbell buttons? Yes we do make custom doorbell buttons. We often make custom doorbells, apartment numbers, or combinations of doorbell buttons and numbers. The majority of our custom work is done out of Stainless Steel, although other metals are possible. Q: How long does a custom doorbell or number take to make? It usually takes anywhere from 4-8 weeks to make custom doorbells or signage. Please contact us with your specific needs to receive a quote and lead time. Q: I wasn't able to find what I was looking for on your site. Do you have other sources for products? We constantly are adding to our product listings, so please check back often.
