Store Policies STORE PROMOTIONS:Currect Store Promotions are not automatically added to your order. During Check Out, you will have the option to enter in a 'PROMO CODE', and the current offer codes will be listed. Not all products that we offer will qualify for current Store Promotions. Some of out products ship directly to you from other manufacturers, and will not be eligible for these Promotions. Privacy: Expressions LTD does not sell or reveal any customer information to third parties. Shipping: Not all products are shipped by Expressions LTD. Some items ship direct from manufacturers, to our customers. Most items that state 'Free Shipping on this item' ship direct from a manufacturer. Unless an item's description states that it is ineligible for any Promotional Offers, it is eligible for use with PROMO Codes that can offer Free Ground Shipping, or an order total discount. We ship to the US, Canada, and any other country. International orders are generally shipped via the Postal Service- either Parcel Post, or First Class Mail International. Expressions LTD reserves the right to cancel any order, refunding in full, if there is a problem with shipping. Occasionally the order process will not calculate the proper shipping amount for a package (usually only occurs on International orders). In such cases, we will contact the customer and work out a new order total to cover the correct shipping amount. Returns & Exchanges: Expressions LTD can only accept returns or exchanges on items that are still in perfect, re-salable condition. A 10%-15% restocking fee will be applied to returned items. Any returns or exchanges must first have authorization, or we will not accept the return. Please contact us if you have an item you wish to return. Products that are shipped in containers that have to be torn, cut, or damaged in any way in order to open are not returnable. We do our best at Expressions-LTD to provide our customers with detailed information and pictures of each item. Please contact us about any questions on an item prior to purchase. All products carried by Expressions LTD are considered quality products, and come with warranties. More information about a particular product's warranty can be found on that item's description page. Any defective product will be replaced during the warranty period. Some manufacturers may require that the defective product be shipped to them directly, where they will test the defective unit and either fix the defective unit, or ship out a new unit to you.
