Product Details:
- Complete drain assembly for use with the "Wave Sink" molds, and "Ramp" style sink molds, and other slot-drain style sinks.
- The small 'Mini' size can be used with any normal bathroom sized sink where a normal round drain isn't desired. Example- using a 1.5" long piece of plexiglas to create a mini-slot drain on a bathroom sink mold, normally designed for a round hole in the concrete.
- Drain pan attaches to the under side of the concrete sink, catches the water that falls through the concrete sink's slot-drain, and drains into a standard 1 1/2" diameter drain pipe.
- Made of very durable Black ABS plastic.
- Shallow profile (approx. 1" deep), and sloped toward the center to assist water to flow to the drain pipe.
- A Stainless Steel version of this drain kit for slot-drains is also available.
- Drain pan has a 3/4" lip to attach screws through into the concrete, and to provide a surface to silicone for a water-tight seal. Flange can be easily trimmed or sanded down if a smaller overall size is needed.

Installation:
- See pictures below for an example.
- Create a flat area on the bottom of the concrete, about 3" of concrete to each side of your slot drain.
- When the concrete is cured (generally after it's installed), silicone will usually be sufficient to hold the drain pan in place.
- If necessary, secure the drain pan to the concrete using concrete screws. Place the drain pan against the concrete, position to where it needs to be to catch the water, mark the holes using a sharp pencil, drill out the holes using a masonry drill bit (A hammer drill is recommended), silicone the lip of the drain pan, place on the concrete, and secure using the screws.
Shipping Information: - Product usually ships in 1-2 business days.
Additional Pictures:

Above: Silicone the drain pan flange, and stick onto the concrete. *Tip: When sealing a concrete sink, make sure to use sealer on the bottom of the concrete sink as well. Silicone won't stay bonded to un-sealed concrete for very long.
