Product Detail: - High frequency pneumatic or electric vibrator unit, mounted to an aluminum beam.
- Low cost alternative to a vibrating table. Great for precast concrete, countertops, and molds.
- Beam can be mounted to any standard sawhorse, table, board, etc.
- Incredibly portable, lightweight and small.
- *TIP: When using a vibrator unit, it will be directional- meaning one vibration unit alone will 'pull' the concrete in that direction. For best results, use two vibrator units at opposite ends of the piece being vibrated, one mounted 180 degrees (opposite operating direction) from the other, which will cancel each other's 'pull' and will create a lateral, or up-and-down vibration, which is ideal for concrete.
- How it works (pneumatic): Compressed air drives a highly chrome finished and hardened steel ball at a high speed around a hardened and highly ground and polished ball race, creating high frequency vibration.
- Made in the USA. High quality, uniformity, and long life.
Product Specifications: - Beam Dimensions: 6" High, 4" Wide, Available lengths- 36", 42" or 46".
- NOTE: Pneumatic ball vibrators require continuous lubrication. See accessories: Inline Lubricator, NPT Pressure Regulator, Exhaust Muffler.
- Pneumatic Ball Vibrator V-250: For up to 250 lbs of concrete + form/mold. Thread Diameter: 1/4". Produces 1100 VPM, 380 lbs. or force @ 80 psi & 13 cfm.
- Pneumatic Ball Vibrator V-320: For up to 500 lbs of concrete + form/mold. Thread Diameter: 3/8". Produces 10000 VPM, 650 lbs. of force @ 80 psi & 17 cfm.
- Electric High Frequency US-450T Vibrator: For up to 400 lbs of concrete + form/mold. Produces 9000 VPM, 450 lbs of force.
