Product Detail: - High frequency pneumatic turbine vibrator unit.
- Great for precast concrete, countertops, and molds.
- Turbine Vibrator can be mounted in any position.
- Mount multiple units to a casting table, or secure Vibrators to the outside of form work and molds. Mounting brackets for this unit are sold separately here.
- *TIP: When using a vibrator unit, it will be directional- meaning one unit mounted to one end of a table will 'pull' the concrete in that direction. For best results, use two vibrator units at opposite ends of the table, one mounted 180 degrees (opposite operating direction) from the other, which will cancel each other's 'pull' and will create a lateral, or up-and-down vibration, which is ideal for concrete.
- Turbine vibrators feature: Built in muffler (drastically quieter than ball vibrators), outlast ball vibrators 3 to 1, No need to lubricate (internally lubricated for life), use 50% less air than ball vibrators, maintenance free, continuous duty, totally enclosed, and have a sturdy cast housing.
- Made in the USA. High quality, uniformity, and long life.
Product Specifications:
- Please Note the required CFM (below) for these vibrators, and ensure your compressor can run them. Lesser output from a compressor than listed will mean the vibrator will only run at normal capacity for a limited amount of time, and then require you allow your compressor to rebuild enough pressure to run them again for a short time.
- Pneumatic Turbine Vibrator VS-250: For up to 250 lbs of concrete + form/mold. Thread Diameter: 1/4". Produces 7200 VPM, 500 lbs. or force @ 80 psi & 10.5 cfm.
- Pneumatic Turbine Vibrator VS-320: For up to 500 lbs of concrete + form/mold. Thread Diameter: 3/8". Produces 6800 VPM, 600 lbs. of force @ 80 psi & 11 cfm.
